Job Description

Solvezit HR Solution providers is looking for an Assistant Office Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities :

Prepare correspondence, reports, agendas, minutes, manuals, documents and spreadsheets, etc.,

Book and schedule appointments, arrange logistics for meetings, prepare minutes, ordering supplies, etc.

Assist with payroll and benefits administration; reconcile related records.

Assists with the recruitment, screening, interviewing, hiring and orientation of new employees; prepares necessary paperwork for personnel files.

Skills and Qualifications

Excellent organizational, oral and written communication skills.

1-2 years experience with office automation (Outlook: E-mail, meetings, scheduling, calendars)

Strong ability to multi-task and effectively work with all levels of staff and the public.

Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $35,000.00-$36,000.00 per year
